Full-featured hospital website with online appointment booking for a multispeciality hospital in Azamgarh, UP
A complete hospital web presence for Aasiya Multispeciality Hospital, located at Junaidganj Chauraha, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. The site covers 5 specialist departments Nephrology, Pediatrics, Gynaecology, Gastroenterology, and Pathology with dedicated doctor profile pages, a multi-step online appointment booking system with UPI payment integration, facility showcases, a health blog, and a patient contact form. Built on Laravel with a MySQL database, styled with Tailwind CSS.

Aasiya Hospital had highly qualified doctors, including a DNB Nephrologist trained at Max Hospital Delhi and a DM Gastroenterologist from SMS Jaipur, but no digital presence to reflect that credibility. Patients in Azamgarh and surrounding areas had no way to discover the hospital online, verify doctor qualifications, or book appointments without physically visiting. The hospital needed a professional web platform that could establish trust and reduce friction for new patients.
Built on Laravel with MySQL to handle dynamic doctor profiles, department pages, appointment records, and blog content from a single admin backend. Tailwind CSS enabled a clean, mobile-first UI that works well for patients browsing on low-end Android devices common in tier-2 UP cities. The appointment flow was designed to be completely frictionless — no account creation required with UPI as the payment method since it's the dominant payment rail in the region. Doctor pages were built with structured qualification data and SEO-first content to rank for specific search terms like "Dr. Tauseef Ahmad Nephrologist Azamgarh" and "kidney specialist Azamgarh." Bilingual (Hindi + English) department names broaden local discoverability.
