I started out taking whatever freelance work came my way — landing pages, WordPress fixes, the usual. But every client I talked to had the same frustration: they were paying for software that didn't fit how they actually worked.

"I don't want a CRM. I want my CRM — one that knows my business and doesn't make my team learn new habits."

That comment, from a business owner frustrated with off-the-shelf tools, changed the direction of everything I build. Now I only take projects where I can go deep — understand the process, map the friction, and engineer something that slots into the business like it was always supposed to be there.

I work in Laravel and Django because they give me the control to build exactly what's needed without compromise. I integrate the WhatsApp Business API directly — not through a third-party reseller — which means better pricing, better reliability, and no middleman margin.

No. I handle deployment on a reliable cloud provider (DigitalOcean, AWS, or similar) and set everything up for you. I can manage ongoing hosting as part of a retainer, or hand it over to your team with full documentation — whichever you prefer.

I integrate with the official Meta WhatsApp Business API — not unofficial tools or grey-market providers that risk your number. As long as messages follow Meta's guidelines (no spam, opt-in recipients), your number is safe. I handle the approval process and template setup as part of every WhatsApp project.

Totally normal. Most clients come back for a second phase 2–3 months after launch once they see what's possible. I offer ongoing development retainers (monthly hours blocks) or can scope additional features as standalone projects. The codebase is clean and documented, so adding features is fast.
