Services

Altmash Web Solution provides custom software development, WhatsApp CRM integration, booking systems, e-commerce development, and SEO services. All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon in writing before any work begins.

Payment

Projects require a 50% upfront payment to commence. The remaining 50% is due upon project delivery. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns all custom code and assets developed for their project. Altmash Web Solution retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Altmash Web Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of software or services delivered. Our liability is limited to the total project fee paid.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
