Redis Leaky-Bucket Queue Architecture

To dispatch high volumes safely, we implement a distributed leaky-bucket queue pattern in Laravel:

• Chunking & Throttling: Batch jobs into buckets of 50 messages per second, keeping delivery strictly within Meta's Tier 2 and Tier 3 throughput limits.
• Webhook Status Ingestion: Listen for sent, delivered, and read events asynchronously using Redis queues to prevent database lockups.
• Automated Opt-Out Engine: Every campaign includes a 1-tap [ STOP ] button that automatically updates opt-out status, protecting your phone number from user spam reports.
